Frequently asked questions
Makeup rates vary based job and location. Fill out the inquiry form to contact me for a quote.
Clients can book in advance or, same day bookings are also accepted contingent upon availability.
You have the option to book online, by email or, call in to book your appointment.
For Professional jobs that require a day rate for working for 4hrs please fill out the makeup day rate inquiry form with the details of the job in its entirety and, I will follow up with a qoute.
Yes, there is a travel fee included for all travel 7 miles outside of 90045 set at $1per mile.
The following tenders are accepted as form of payment

After 15 minutes past the agreed call time. There is a $15 fee for per 30 min that the client is late.
As unforeseen circumstances may come up and you might need to cancel your appointment. If that happens, please keep in mind the following cancellation policy:
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hrs in adavnce.
Personal Style
Frequently asked questions
All clients go through the initial booking process. Which includes a consultation via phone call, email or, meeting. This introduction allows me to get to know general information about you and, ensures that I gain the best sense of how to meet your personal style needs.
After your consultation and, you decide to book a service, The Personal Style service overview will be sent for your review. Along with, Personal Style service invoice agreement to be returned to CrysE B.
After the consultation, the client chooses the desired style service and, the hours that they would like to allocate per service session based on their personal budget.
EXAMPLE :
DEPOSIT x HOURS x RATE = PACKAGE PRICE *****
What happens if I have used hrs?
All unused hours can roll over to be used later for the same service or a different service.
***Except for The Closet Detox. Unused hours for this service must be used within 14 days of purchase in order to optimize results.
As unforeseen circumstances may come up and you might need to cancel your appointment. If that happens, please keep in mind the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel up to four hours before your appointment, there is no charge. If you cancel between one and, four hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total appointment cost. If you cancel less than one hour before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your total appointment cost.
Bridal Make up
Frequently asked questions
After your bridal trial and you decide to book services ou will receive a Make Up Service Contract. The Make Up Service Contract will be attached for your review of Terms of Service and agreement to be returned to CrysE B. the Make Up Artist. A copy will be returned to you for your record. Contracts are due within 1 week upon receipt.
A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of $25 is required to reserve desired date & time. Each client is given 1 week to sign their contract from the date in which it is sent.
To add a First 10 miles shall be no cost to client. Any travel beyond 10 miles are charged 1.00 per mile (round trip) from zip code 90045.
Additional flat fees apply for any travels beyond 60 miles.
All non-residential prep locations may have parking fees and it is clients fee to cover.
Accommodations are required if travel exceeds 60 miles and start time is prior to 6:00am.
Final Make Up service balance is due within 24 hrs. in advance your event in CASH, CASH APP. SQUARE or CHECK.
CASH ONLY , CASH APP, SQAURE ,CHECK on the day of the event.
CASH only if the event is within 2 weeks or less.
Payment is collected once service has been rendered.
***Rates subject to change without notice & are non-negotiable. Sessions are non-refundable once service has been rendered. NO EXCEPTION on the above unless otherwise specified.
